North Coast Needlers - May 2022

 Spring is here in Northeast Ohio and after a quick business meeting the members showed off their talents with Show and Tell - always so many wonderful creations.

After the meeting and a quick snack we enjoyed a presentation by Merran Phillips owner of Color Connexion.  Color Connexion is home to 100% cotton hand dyed fabric.  We were thrilled to view all the possibilities of the rainbow of colors and fabrics created by Merran.

July 21- 23, 2022 The North East Ohio Quilt Show Thursday and Friday - 9am - 6pm Saturday - 9am - 4pm Wayne County Fair Event Center  - 199 Vanover Street Wooster.  Over 40 Vendors, Antique quilt exhibit. Free parking and free admission. While there, enter our free raffle for a gift basket featuring over $1,200 in products generously donated by our vendors. We will be featuring an exhibition of Antique Quilts curated by Cynthia Claycamp of Quilting Memories. Many local quilt guilds will be holding quilt raffles during the show. July 21-23, 2022 International Quilt Festival Thursday, July 21 - Saturday, July 23 - 10am - 5pm Salt Palace Convention Center 100 South West Temple Salt Lake City, UT 84101 The show will feature a hall with exhibitors selling quilts, fabrics, patterns, tools, sewing machines, and more! And we'll have a full slate of classes across a spectrum of styles and techniques. But a primary reason people come to Festival is to see quilts!
