November NCN meeting

November started with a cold blast that upended our meeting.  Unfortunately our speaker's flight arrangements were grounded, our quick team leadership came up with a wonderful alternative - The Round Robin Group had just completed their challenge and shared with us their delightful creations.

Below we showcase the Round Robin Group project - thank you for sharing and thank you for your creativity!

Of course, we also had Show and Tell and wonderful folks completing community service quilts, pillowcases and dog beds! Congratulations to the winner of our quilt raffle drawn at the end of the meeting!  Thank you all and see you December 10th for our holiday meeting!

October NCN meeting treats the audience

October NCN meeting was full of surprises.  Our Community Service team continues to amaze with over 20 quilts completed, shopping bags, Christmas stockings, dog beds and pillowcases completed by members.  Thank you all!

Then our scheduled speaker was unable to attend so we had a "Improvisational Program" that included a trunk show of quilts created by present and past club officers and board members.  Wow!  Do we have some talented folks!

and of course we always have wonderful show and tell pieces!
